Welcome to Bush River Plantation, located in the friendly community of Chapin, SC.
Bush River Plantation has an active homeowners association wherein the homeowners are provided with:
- Lake access via community boat ramp
- Boat storage
- Community dock and picnic area
- Community playground
The ideal location of Bush River Plantation allows for easy access to Interstate 26, Lake Murray, and Crooked Creek Park. It is just a short drive
from the community of Irmo, SC and the Harbison area, thus making shopping, dining and recreation easily accessible. Students residing in the
neighborhood attend Chapin Elementary School, Chapin Middle School and Chapin High School, all part of the excellent school district of
Lexington-Richland five.
The work at the boat storage area has been completed so you may now return your items. Please be mindful of the
parking configuration when returning your items.

Reminder: ALL ITEMS stored in the boat storage area must be registered and have a HOA issued numbered sticker. If you need a sticker, please contact a board member to make arrangements to get one.

It is the goal of Lexington County Animal Services to provide all citizens with prompt and professional assistance with their animal control needs.
Animal Services also picks up stray animals and enforces county ordinances that require all dogs be properly restrained at all times.

Lexington County Emergency Management Division
Help Lexington County Emergency Services get vital information to you. Lexington County now has the ability to do mass notifications during an emergency event in the County. Most Lexington County business and residential telephone landlines have been registered in the system. Citizens are urged to register any additional contact information such as cell phone numbers, pager numbers and email addresses to ensure that they receive emergency notifications - regardless of where they are at the moment.
